Visa Requirements:

All foreign athletes need to have an eligible VISA to compete in Indonesia. The accepted VISAS are:

1) KITAS (Work VISA) or its equivalent.

2) KITAP (Permanent resident VISA) or its equivalent.

3) C8A VISA or D8 VISA (Athlete VISA) or its equivalent.

Athletes who do not work and/or reside in Indonesia will need the athlete VISA (or an equivalent).

PBPI (The Padel Federation of Indonesia) will process all the athlete VISAS for foreign participants. Once the final official roster from FIP is provided, every foreign athlete will receive a communication through their registered emails on instructions on how to process the VISA.

Should an athlete not receive the communication, they will need to contact secretariat@pbpi.or.id. The only two documents the athletes will need to provide are:

1) Recent face profile picture (in colour).

2) A scan/picture of their passport with no part being obstructed. Note, passports must have 6 months validity to enter Indonesia.

Athletes will be able to pay for their VISAS at tournament desk on day of registration. The value of the VISA is 2.000.000-2.500.000 IDR (approximately 112-130 USD). Athletes must pay their VISAS at tournament desk before they are allowed to play their match.

ATTENTION: For athletes who processed VISAS for the FIP Bronze Yogyakarta in May, please be advised, Indonesian immigration is determining if that VISA will be valid for the competitions in July. Please do not assume that the VISA for May is eligible for July as of yet.

HOWEVER, The VISAS processed for July will allow the athlete to compete in the FIP Bronze Jakarta and FIP Bronze Banten, and additionally in the FIP Silver in Bali (should the athlete not leave the country).

IMPORTANT: An athlete VISA does not allow the athlete to hold coaching programs in Indonesia. We understand many athletes would like to do so once in the country, and we will inform soon on if there will be a procedure that will allow athletes to do so on their visit.

NOTE: Family members, guardians, coaches, friends of athletes traveling can enter Indonesia with a Visitor VISA. They do not need to process an athlete VISA if they do not compete in the tournament.
