The hotel is only included under the following conditions:
Hotel conditions PadelCV:
1. Participants living less than 75km from the venue. There is no accommodation service.
2. Participants living more than 75km and less than 275Km from the venue. a) start the competition before 10:30h (night before) b) finish after 22:00h (the same night). c) stay in competition from one day to the next.
3. Participants who live more than 275km from the venue. a) Play a match in the morning (night before). b) Finish their participation in the afternoon (the same night). c) Remain in competition from one day to the next.
4. The hotel must have a minimum rating of 3 stars and must include bed and breakfast.
5. There will be a person responsible for the management of the rooms to whom the players can address and whose contact details must be provided to the players upon registration.
6. The organiser may ask players to indicate in advance whether, in the event of winning, they will be using the accommodation service. Failure to do so may result in the organiser refusing to provide accommodation.
7. It is recommended that an arrangement be made with the hotel so that the players can vacate their room in the early afternoon and not in the morning.
