Born in Valladolid, Spain, in 2002, Coello started playing padel at age nine.
He won multiple Spanish youth championships as a junior prodigy.
He debuted on the professional World Padel Tour (WPT) in 2019 at just 17 years old.
Breakthrough and Partnership with BelasteguínCoello partnered with legendary player Fernando Belasteguín in 2021 and 2022.
He became the youngest player to win a WPT tournament in 2022 just before turning 20.

Coello teamed up with Agustín Tapia, forming a dominant, explosive pairing.
They captured the World No. 1 ranking in 2023, making Coello the youngest No. 1 in the padel's history.
The duo continued their reign by topping the FIP rankings in 2024, 2025, and 2026, which included a dominant 13-title haul in 2025 and a notable 47-match winning streak.
He won a FIP World Cup with Spain in 2021 (Doha).
