Born in Chaco, Argentina, in 1996, Franco Stupaczuk started playing padel at a very young age and quickly emerged as one of the country’s most promising talents. At just eight years old, he became Argentine Under-12 champion, while his partnership with Martín Di Nenno developed into one of the most successful junior pairings of their generation. At 16, Stupaczuk became No. 1 in the Argentine ranking and made his international breakthrough, representing Argentina at the 2012 World Padel Championships.
Stupaczuk and Di Nenno, known as “Los Superpibes”, continued their success on the international stage, winning the World Padel Couples Championships World Open Trophy in Bilbao in 2013. Stupaczuk subsequently established himself on the professional circuit, developing into one of the most consistent players of his generation and competing alongside some of the biggest names in the sport, including Cristian Gutiérrez, Matías Díaz, Sanyo Gutiérrez, Álex Ruiz and Pablo Lima.
In 2023, Stupaczuk reunited with Di Nenno, reviving the “Superpibes” partnership on the professional circuit. The pair quickly became one of the leading duos in the world, reaching the top positions of the FIP ranking and competing regularly for the biggest titles. In 2024, Stupaczuk partnered with Miguel Yanguas before joining forces with Juan Lebrón in 2025.
Stupaczuk has won two FIP World Cups with Argentina, in Dubai in 2022 and Doha in 2024. As a junior, he also won the World Padel Junior National Couples Championships under 14 in Sevilla in 2009, under 16 in Melilla in 2011 and under 18 in Buenos Aires in 2013.
