With exciting matches and an enthusiastic audience in the stands, the global celebration of padel continues and approaches the decisive stage: Friday, November 17, will be the time for the semifinals.

On the Central Court of Quinta Sports, the male team from Paraguay, the host, faced Mexico. After losing the first “tie” match, the Paraguayans prevailed in two hard-fought games with a final score of 2-1. The defending champions continue their journey towards the podium.

On the same side of the bracket, France and Sweden also faced off. Thanks to very high technical playing, both teams earned one point each, and the “tie” was decided in the last match of the evening. Sweden emerged victorious with a 2-1 score and will face Paraguay in the semifinals.

Spain, one of the favorites for the title, also stood out by defeating Brazil 3-0. In the next match, they will meet Argentina, which won against Italy after a balanced “tie” that ended 2-1 in favor of the Albiceleste.
