Mendoza, First international win for young players Nunez-Kviatkovski

Renzo Nunez and Kevin Kviatkovski won the FIP Bronze Mendoza this weekend. It is their first international victory. The two Argentinians, born in 2006 and 2005, had already reached the semifinals of the FIP Silver Mediolanum Cup in Rome and the FIP Bronze Houten.

They won the final against their fellow Argentinians Sanchez Blasco-Chiostri with a score of 2-6, 6-3, 6-3.

“I’m very happy to win my first international tournament, and doing it with Kevin made it even more special. I thank him for his effort. Now we want to aim even higher. Thanks to the organizers and to the people of Mendoza who made us feel at home during the whole tournament,” said Renzo Nunez after the award ceremony in Mendoza.
