The 2025 FIP Euro Padel Cup reaches its decisive phase, where the continental title will be contested. The FINAL 8 — the main event organized by the International Padel Federation (FIP) — will be held from October 21 to 25, in La Línea de la Concepción (Cádiz, Spain).

 

After the excitement of PHASES 1 and 2, held in Madrid, the four top-performing national teams in both the men’s and women’s categories have been determined. These teams will join four others that had already qualified based on the FIP European Team Rankings, thus completing the eight-team line-up for each category.

 

Five days of top-tier matchups and world-class sport await in a dream location overlooking the Mediterranean, where European team padel will experience its most intense and thrilling week of the year. The FINAL 8 — organized by FIP with the support of the Provincial Council of Cádiz, the Spanish Padel Federation (FEP), and the Andalusian Padel Federation (FAP) — will officially begin with the opening ceremony on Monday, October 20, and will conclude on Saturday, October 25, with the men’s and women’s team finals and the third-place playoffs.

 

MEN’S FINAL 8 The four teams automatically qualified for the FINAL 8, based on the FIP Ranking determined by the most recent European Championship (July 22–27, 2024 in Cagliari), are, in order: reigning champions Spain, followed by Italy, Portugal and France. They will be joined by the national teams that earned their place during PHASES 1 and 2 in Madrid: Great Britain, the Netherlands, Sweden, and Germany.

 

WOMEN’S FINAL 8 The four women’s teams automatically qualified for the FINAL 8, according to the same ranking, are: reigning champions Spain, followed by Italy, France, and Portugal. Completing the draw, based on the results of the women’s event in PHASES 1 and 2, are Great Britain, the Netherlands, Germany, and Belgium.

THE FORMAT In both the men’s and women’s competitions, the FINAL 8 will begin with a group stage featuring two groups of four teams each, to be played on October 21, 22, and 23. Each match-up between national teams will consist of three ties. The top two teams in each group will advance to the semifinals, scheduled for Friday, October 24. The finals, along with the third-place play-offs, will be held on Saturday, October 25.
