Cordoba, Alonso-Bautista and Martinez-Rodriguez are the pairs to beat in Spain

Alonso-Bautista in the men’s draw and Martinez-Rodriguez in the women’s draw are the number one seeds at the FIP Silver Cordoba. The CUPRA FIP Tour stays in Spain after the FIP Gold Gran Canaria and the FIP Silver Isla de la Palma played in the past two weeks.

In the women’s tournament, the home pair leads the draw. Lucia Martinez wants to win again after her victory at the FIP Silver Koksijde, while Nuria Rodriguez recently won the FIP Silver Chengdu and the FIP Silver Cote du Midi. On the other side of the draw, we have Ksenia Sharifova (world number 30 and winner of the FIP Silver Dubai in April) and Virginia Riera (31), who just won the FIP Silver Belgrade last week.

In the men’s seeding, behind Alonso-Bautista, we find the pair Agustin Torre and Alex Ruiz, winners of the FIP Gold Potosi at the beginning of August.
