R3 Bullpadel Cup, many top 100 players in Bristol

Almost twenty players from the world’s top 100 will be on court this weekend for the FIP Silver R3 Bullpadel Cup in Bristol, United Kingdom. At the Stratford Padel Club, 32 pairs in both the men’s and women’s draws will be chasing the title. Among the men, Antonio Fernández, world No. 51, and Pablo García (61) lead the field and will face the French-Spanish duo Seurin/Pastor in their opening match, while Andrés Fernández teams up again with Álvaro Cepero to take on De Galbert/Auradou.

In the women’s draw, Carolina Navarro and Mónica Gómez top the list, looking for back-to-back wins less than a week after their triumph at the FIP Bronze in Almeirim. Other top seeds include Ana Domínguez with Aida Martínez and Camila Fassio with Rebeca López, while Britain’s leading player Aimee Gibson joins forces with Portuguese partner Catarina Santos.
