Reunion Island I, new win for Talavan and Bidahorria

Marta Talavan (41) and Julieta Bidahorria (35) won the women’s draw of the FIP Silver of Saint-Denis de La Réunion, in France. The number one seeds triumphed with a 6-3, 6-3 victory in the final against Julia Polo (52) and Noemi Aguilar (50) — finalists this year also in the FIP Gold of Potosí — earning their fourth and third wins in the CUPRA FIP Tour in 2025.

There was also a victory for the top seeds in the men’s draw: Nacho Fernandez (50) and Pablo Garcia (59) took the 80 ranking points by beating the Spanish pair Ramirez-Gonzalez in the final 7-6, 6-1.
