Young talents shine in Spain, Great Britain, and Bahrain

The 2025 season of the FIP Promises circuit continues, and this weekend three more events will take place in Spain, Great Britain, and Bahrain: the FIP Promises Leon, the FIP Promises Stratford, and the FIP Promises Manama. The young padel talents are ready to be the stars again in these three countries between Europe and Asia.

 

In the tournament in Leon, both boys and girls will compete in the Under 12, Under 14, Under 16, and Under 18 categories. Among the youngest, the pairs Pablo De La Iglesia–Sergio Álvarez and Gema Posadas–Carmen Lopez lead the draw. In the Under 14, the top pairs are Mario Brocal–Marco Ajenjo and Martina Cabanillas–Inés Lozano. In the Under 16, we find Vicente Soto–Mario Brocal and Marina Serrano–Maria Martinez, while in the Under 18 the leading pairs are Jose Enrique Gimenez–Alvaro Pozo and Carlota Sanchez–Angela Lorenzo.

 

Young players will also compete in the FIP Promises R3 Junior Cup Stratford, with Under 14 and Under 18 boys’ and girls’ categories. Among the youngest are Andrew Dunn–Lenni Ströhl, and in the Under 18 the main pairs are Alejandro Merino–Victor Ortega and Harriet Willock–Tallulah Butterfield.

 

In Manama, Bahrain, the competition includes boys’ categories Under 14, Under 16, and Under 18. Among the youngest, the leading pair is Yaqoub Zainal–Christian Guerrero, in the Under 16 we have Sayed Hashem–Rashid Walid, and in the Under 18 the main pair is Hamdan Alkokhardi–Hamad Alkokhardi.
