FIP Promises Finals in Alicante from December 19 to 21. A record year comes to an end: 90 tournaments for the NextGen

The Club Atlético Montemar in Alicante (Spain) will host the second edition of the FIP Promises Finals from December 19 to 21, the event that will conclude a record-breaking season for the FIP Promises circuit, promoted by the International Padel Federation to showcase and enhance the talent of the NextGen of world padel. After Venice 2024, now comes Alicante 2025, an event organized by the FIP in collaboration with the FEP (Spanish Padel Federation) and the FPCV (Padel Federation of the Comunitat Valenciana). There will be four categories competing, from Under-18 to Under-12, both female and male, with the top 8 pairs in the FIP rankings fighting for the title.

 

The Alicante Finals will be the 90th tournament of the FIP Promises circuit in a 2025 season that has more than doubled the number of tournaments compared to last year: 2024 in fact ended with 41 events, compared to 18 in 2023 and 12 in 2022. The FIP Promises circuit made stops in 24 different countries: leading the list is Spain with 13 tournaments, followed by Brazil with 12, Italy with 10, Portugal with 8, then Egypt with 6, Belgium, Ecuador and Germany with 4, Chile, the Philippines and South Africa with 3, Argentina, Finland, Great Britain, the Netherlands, Qatar, the United Arab Emirates and the United States with 2, and Bahrain, Croatia, France, Paraguay, the United Kingdom and Switzerland with 1. And starting in 2026, the FIP Promises circuit will enter a new era.
