All weekend Results: García-Cravo Triumph in Setúbal

Another weekend concluded with the NextGen of padel competing across three stages of the Promises FIP Tour in Setúbal (Portugal), Sandigliano (Italy) and Mumbai (India).

 

In Portugal, Javier Bolumar Orti and Iza Ranera Pedrero claimed the Under-18 boys’ title by defeating Tomas Castro and Alvaro Bartolome Hernan in the final (7-5 6-3). Following their double victory last week in Elvas, Francisca Cravo and Clara Lorenzo García also secured the Under-14 girls’ title in Setúbal, defeating Carlota Rueda Hernanz and Martina Lozano Hortelano in straight sets (6-2 6-2).

 

In Sandigliano, Federico Stanzial and Nathan Filieri won the Under-18 boys’ title by defeating the top seeds Luca Moneta and Nicola Rambaldo. In the girls’ categories, the pairs Maddalena Negri-Giuliana Di Martino and Vittoria Conti-Eleana Bakker became champions in the Under-16 and Under-14 respectively.

 

Matches in Mumbai were held at the Vpadel Arena. Over the weekend in India, a stage of the CUPRA FIP Tour, the FIP Bronze in Mumbai, was also contested, won by Nacho Vilariño and Gonzalo Rubio.
