Denmark, Koek-Luttikhuis in the running for the title

The CUPRA FIP Tour returns to Denmark with the FIP Bronze Mos Mosh Gallery Kif Padel Masters in Kolding. The objective for Marcella Koek and Bo Luttikhuis in this tournament will be to reaffirm their status after a strong April in which they achieved excellent results: champions at the FIP Bronze in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. The main rival pair for the Dutch players will be Lucía Fernández, winner of the FIP Bronze in Baku last month alongside María Portillo, and María Teresa Moriñigo. Also to watch are Natalia Molinilla-Paula Ferrán, Puck Bernard-Tess De Vocht and Maaike Betz-Simone Alipieva.

Leading the men’s main draw are Rodrigo Coello and Adam Axelsson. Coello has already won this year’s FIP Silver in Mumbai, India, where he competed alongside Alfonso Sánchez. The top seeds are placed in the upper half of the draw together with the Swedish pair Daniel Windahl-Simon Vasquez. On the opposite side are the main rivals of Coello-Axelsson: Iago Fuertes and Albert Roglan Pons. The latter reached the round of 16 at the Premier Padel P2 in Newgiza (Egypt) with Ferran Insa. Among the players also in contention for the title are Albin Olsson and Oscar Sebber Gormsen.
