Italy, Sintes and Santigosa become champions in Latina

The men’s draw at the FIP Bronze in Latina concluded with the title victory of the tournament’s top seeds, Marc Sintes and Dani Santigosa. The pair had defeated Toner Sans and Gustavo Nunes in straight sets in the semi-finals (6-4 6-0), while in the final their opponents Antonio Varo and Jose Luis Gonzalez retired after winning the opening set in a tie-break. For the two champions, this was their third title of the year, following the victories achieved this season at the FIP Silver in Caen and the FIP Bronze in Elche. One of the highlights of the tournament was the debut on the CUPRA FIP Tour of 14-year-old Asier Estébanez. The young padel talent had won the title at the FIP Junior Padel Cup by Pairs 2025, held in Reus, Spain, last September.

Noa Canovas and Maria Eulalia Rodriguez became queens in Italy by lifting the winners’ trophy at the FIP Bronze in Latina. The two champions secured the title thanks to their victory in the final against Anna Ortiz-Rebeca Lopez in straight sets: the first ended 6-3, while the second was decided only in a tie-break. In the semi-finals and quarter-finals, Canovas and Rodriguez had defeated Martina Parmigiani-Bo Luttikhuis (6-1 6-4) and Dora Chamli-Aurora Tun Buscaino (6-1 6-1) respectively. This was not their first title of the year: together they had won the FIP Silver in Espoo, Finland. Rodriguez had also claimed the FIP Bronze in Seville, partnering Amanda Lopez.
