The FIP Promises Tour debuts in Zambia

This will be a historic weekend for padel in Zambia: for the first time, the FIP Promises Tour will arrive in this country with the FIP Promises of Lusaka. This debut represents an important milestone for the expansion of padel worldwide. The main draw of this tournament starts today and will conclude on Sunday, when the semi-finals and finals will be played. In total, there are four boys’ draws (Under 12, 14, 16 and 18) and two girls’ draws (Under 14 and 16).

Among the players competing for the Under 18 title are Finlay Harry Ferguson-Mikaeel Dada, Ali Bux-Umar Farooque Patel and Ali Jaafar-Adam Safieddine. Dada and Ferguson will also compete in the Under 16 draw. In this category there is also the pair Zeke Roulstone-Fayzaan Anverali. In the same age category among the girls are Basma Moola-Alleyah Omar and Lamar Halawi-Reina Kaddoura.
