Cologne celebrates the stars of the future: results from the event in Germany

Last weekend, Cologne hosted the FIP Promises Cologne, the German event of the FIP Promises Tour, featuring boys’ draws in the Under 12, 14, 16 and 18 categories. In the oldest age group, the duo of Pieter Hermus Jr. and Daan Jans triumphed in the final against Stan Hunt-Cochise Inde Bennett (6-4 6-1). In the semi-finals, the two champions had defeated Reto Hanrath-Luis Bengsch (7-5 7-6). In the Under 16, Lenn Stroehl-Andrew Dunn claimed the title. In the Under 14 and Under 12 categories, the winners were Nicolas Van Brempt-Gilles De Peuter and Lennert Strackx-Francesco Ferrari, respectively.
