2027 International Competition Calendar: applications open for Individual Promoters

Individual Promoters can now apply to organise FIP-sanctioned events in the CUPRA FIP Tour, FIP Promises and FIP Beyond as part of the 2027 global competition calendar

The International Padel Federation (FIP) has officially opened the application process for Individual Promoters wishing to organise tournaments within the 2027 International Competition Calendar.

This new application window follows the exclusive priority period granted to FIP‑affiliated National Federations who are still invited to submit their requests. With the global expansion of padel continuing at an unprecedented pace, FIP aims to provide opportunities for motivated organisers in emerging padel nations to contribute to the sport’s international growth.

As of this moment, Individual Promoters may submit applications to host events within the following official FIP circuits:

  • CUPRA FIP Tour
  • FIP Promises
  • FIP Beyond

Any Promoter interested in applying for a FIP-sanctioned event, must write an email to [email protected] requesting the application form and the requirements of each Tour.

Individual Promoters wishing to organise FIP‑sanctioned events in a country where a FIP‑affiliated National Federation exists must always obtain the prior approval of that National Federation. FIP will not accept any event request submitted by an Individual Promoter without the consent of the National Federation.

By opening the process to Individual Promoters, FIP reinforces its long‑term vision of building a structured, inclusive and sustainable competition ecosystem. This initiative supports the development of padel in countries where the sport is still establishing its foundations, while ensuring that players of all ages and levels have access to high‑quality international events.

All applications will be reviewed by the FIP Competition Department, which will work closely with selected Promoters and National Federations to ensure compliance with FIP standards and to integrate approved tournaments into a balanced and coordinated global calendar for 2027.

FIP would like to thank all Individual Promoters for their interest and commitment to the development of padel worldwide. We look forward to collaborating with new organisers and continuing to expand the reach of our sport across all continents.
