Stellato-Sussarello for glory in Antalya: fourth success of the season together in sight

ANTALYA – Winning a third title together this year is the objective as Italians Giulia Sussarello and Emily Stellato arrive in Turkey for the FIP Bronze Qnb Cup Antalya. Both players will be part of the Italian team competing at the FIP World Cup 2026, scheduled to take place in Doha from 2 to 7 November. The pair have already won three CUPRA FIP Tour titles together this year: the FIP Bronze Bratislava and, FIP Bronze Marnes, the FIP Bronze Ljubljana. However, lifting the trophy in Antalya will not be straightforward. Among their strongest challengers are Nika Zluzhiteleva-Ana Varo and Xenia Clasca Vidiella-Alise Cernecka. Portuguese pairs Maria Garin-Alexandra Silva and Bruna Albuquerque Melo, who will partner Italian player Francesca Ligotti, are also among those to watch.

The men’s draw is headed by Spanish pair Roberto Belmont and Guillem Figuerola. Belmont has won five CUPRA FIP Tour events in his career, while Figuerola has claimed four titles: one FIP Bronze and three FIP Silver. Their main rivals for the title are Luis Oliver Artigas and Alberto Garcia. In mid-September, Artigas won the FIP Bronze event in Alicante. Also in contention are Marcel Font-Facundo Dehnike and Hector Vazquez-Borja Trujillo Chang. The main draw will begin on Friday 23 October and conclude on Sunday 25 October, when the semi-finals and finals will be played.
