Phase 2 gets underway in Madrid. The race to the Final 8 is on

After three exciting days of matches and first results, the FIP Euro Padel Cup 2025 heats up with the start of Phase 2. From tomorrow, the action returns to the courts of Padel G24 in Madrid, where 32 national teams (16 men’s and 16 women’s) will compete for a spot in the prestigious Final 8, where top seeds Spain, Italy, Portugal and France are already waiting.
The teams are split into four groups of four, with only the winner of each group advancing to the final draw.
MEN The top seeds in the men’s Phase 2 are Netherlands, Sweden, Great Britain and Germany, each leading their group. Ready to challenge them are strong contenders like Belgium, Denmark, Poland and Monaco (Line 2), Switzerland, Hungary and Croatia (Line 3), along with teams coming from Phase 1 who are looking to surprise.
Group A: Netherlands, Belgium, Hungary, Finland
Group B: Sweden, Denmark, Croatia, San Marino
Group C: Great Britain, Monaco, Switzerland, Greece
Group D: Germany, Poland, Lithuania, Bulgaria
WOMEN The women’s side is just as intense. The top seeds are Sweden, Netherlands, Germany and Denmark, each heading one of the four groups. Next in the draw are Belgium, Great Britain, Switzerland and Finland, followed by Estonia, Hungary, Poland and Lithuania, and finally the four teams that qualified from Phase 1: Croatia, Greece, Austria and Norway.

Phase 2 matches will run until Sunday, with the first ties kicking off on Friday morning. At stake is a place among Europe’s top eight, continental prestige, and the chance to write a new chapter in the history of the FIP Euro Padel Cup.
