Mimosa Open Porto, The number one seeds Diestro-Esbrì and Rufo-Castellò win

Josè Diestro and Juanlu Esbrì won the men’s draw at the FIP Silver Mimosa Open in Porto (Portugal). The Spanish players, ranked number 28 and 27 in the world, repeated their success after winning the FIP Silver Cote Du Midi last month. In the final, they defeated Jimenez-Sanchez with a score of 6-1, 1-6, 6-2.

In the women’s draw, the number one seeds Lorena Rufo (ranked 26, a semifinalist at the CUPRA FIP Finals last year) and Jessica Castellò (ranked 16, semifinalist in the P2 of Cancun) claimed the title. They beat Collombon-Martinez in the final with a score of 7-6, 6-4.
