Sassuolo, Triple win for Giulia Dal Pozzo and Anna Ortiz in Italy

Italy confirms itself as a land of success for Giulia Dal Pozzo (64) and Anna Ortiz (77). The Italian-Spanish pair, after winning the FIP Silver Mediolanum Padel Cup in Palermo and the FIP Bronze in Nola, also triumphed at the FIP Bronze in Sassuolo with a final victory 6-4 6-4 against the Italian duo Baldi-Sussarello (winners the week before at the FIP Bronze in Luxembourg).

“We are very happy with this victory in such a beautiful tournament, now we look ahead to the next challenges,” said Giulia Dal Pozzo.

In the men’s draw, victory went to Spaniards Marcos González and Pepe Aliaga, who defeated the home players Iacovino-Di Giovanni in the final with a score of 6-2 6-1.
