Young talents in action in Europe, Africa and Asia

The 2025 season of the FIP Promises circuit continues, and this weekend there are three more events in Europe, Africa, and Asia: the FIP Promises Egypt, the FIP Promises Valencia, and the FIP Promises Qatar.

 

In the tournament in Valencia, boys and girls will compete in the Under 12, Under 14, Under 16 and Under 18 categories. In the youngest group, the top pairs are Sergio Alvarez–Hugo Tapia and Noa Ibañez–Paola Soriano. In the Under 14, the leading pairs are Christian Riesgo–Joel Ranera and Ornella Beltramino–Arlet Etxebarria. In the Under 16 we find Javier Merino–Mauro Hoyas and Vega Cano–Amaya Sanchez, while in the Under 18 the main pairs are Jose Enrique Gimenez–Alvaro Pozo and Daniela Valiente–Paula Gil.

 

Young talents are also registered for the tournament in Egypt, where the categories Under 12, Under 14, Under 16 and Under 18 will be played in both boys’ and girls’ draws. Hamza Elba and Malek Elkiek lead the youngest category. In the Under 14 the top players are Yaqoub Zainal and Christian Guerrero, while in the Under 16 the leading pairs are Yassin Omar–Yousef Elsherbiny and Lily Wael–Malak Amer. In the Under 18 we find Mohamed Atef–Wagdy Raslan and Salma Elzayat–Hana Elshalkany.

 

In the tournament in Doha, boys and girls will compete in the Under 12, Under 14, Under 16 and Under 18 categories. In the youngest category, the top pair is Paul Rolandi and Thiago Rolandi; in the Under 14 the leading pairs are Mario Brocal–Hamdan Alhashmi and Lina Bin–Aya Souid. In the Under 16 we again find Mario Brocal and Hamdan Alhashmi, while in the Under 18 the top pair is Abdulrahman Khalid–Arnau Carbonell.
