Generali Hexagon Cup, from Wednesday to Sunday in Madrid the best of world padel for the first FIP team circuit

A revolutionary event: the first team padel circuit under FIP governance, fully integrated into the Federation’s official calendar. The week leading up to the Generali Hexagon Cup 2026 begins, scheduled from Wednesday, 28 January to Sunday, 1 February at the Caja Mágica in Madrid, featuring the world’s top female and male players, divided into teams chaired by stars from sport and entertainment. Footballer Robert Lewandowski, former Argentine striker Sergio “Kun” Agüero, Formula 1 driver Pierre Gasly, boxer Anthony Joshua, former tennis player Andy Murray, actresses María Esteve and Eva Longoria, and Maribel Nadal, sister of tennis legend Rafa Nadal, are just some of the “presidents” of the eight teams that will entertain Madrid for four days. This is the first stop of the tour, created through a strategic partnership between Hexagon Cup, Premier Padel, FIP, and 54, a global sports and entertainment agency. The other three stops will take place from 7–10 May, 22–25 October, and 17–20 December.

STARS The world’s padel stars will start their season at the Caja Mágica: Arturo Coello and Bea González with Team Bella Puerto Rico, Delfi Brea and Martín Di Nenno with AD/vantage Team, Paula Josemaría with Eleven Eleven, Fede Chingotto and Sofía Araújo with Krü Padel, Gemma Triay, Marta Ortega, and Franco Stupaczuk with Rafa Nadal Academy, Agustín Tapia and Ari Sánchez with RL9 Team, Claudia Fernández and Mike Yanguas with 10 Padel, and Paquito Navarro and Ale Salazar with Hexagon Team are just some of the stars expected in Madrid.

FORMAT The eight teams will each consist of three pairs: one men’s pair, one women’s pair, and one Next Gen pair. Each team will play eight matches: three men’s, three women’s, and two Next Gen matches. Two points are awarded for each men’s or women’s match victory, and one point for each Next Gen match victory. The top two teams after the first phase will advance to the final, while the third- and fourth-placed teams will contest the third-place match on Sunday, 1 February.

SCHEDULE The Generali Hexagon Cup 2026 will start on Wednesday, with two daily sessions: the first at 11.00 and the second at 17.00. On Sunday, the third-place match will begin at 10.00, followed by the final at 16.00. The day will also feature the Hexagon Challenge, an open event with matches decided by a single point, with €5,000 awarded to the winning pair.
