Wadi Padel Tournament, first title in 2026 for Victor Mena and Marcos Gonzalez

In addition to the FIP Bronze Doha, Wadi El Natrun hosted the FIP Silver Wadi Padel Tournament last weekend. The 80 FIP ranking points available in Egypt were claimed by the Spanish pair Victor Mena (128) – following his semi-final appearance at the FIP Bronze Doha – and Marcos Gonzalez (117), who secured their first CUPRA FIP Tour title together. The title was decided by a 2-6 6-4 6-4 victory in the final against Dylan Demian Cuello (196) and Martin Abud (127).

“We won a difficult final against Martín and Dylan, who delivered an exceptional performance. I am proud of this success; it has been a very positive week with Victor,” said Marcos Gonzalez at the end of the prize-giving ceremony. The CUPRA FIP Tour will continue next weekend with tournaments in the United Arab Emirates (FIP Silver Damac Dubai) and Morocco (FIP Bronze Morocco Padel International Tour Frmt 1).
