Belgium’s queens shine in Rijswijk

A second doubles title for Justine Pysson and Elyne Boeykens, two of the standout players from Belgium’s women’s team at the 2025 FIP Euro Padel Cup. After their historic fourth-place finish last October and their victory at the home FIP Bronze event in Roeselare, Pysson and Boeykens—Belgium’s No. 1 and No. 2 ranked players, respectively—earned another title at the FIP Bronze Hello Padel tournament in Rijswijk, Netherlands, defeating the home pair Weterings-Hemmes 6–2 6–4 in the final.“I’m so happy to have won another international title!” said Pysson. “A huge thank you to Elyne for this incredible tournament together.” “Great challenge, thank you Justine,” replied Boeykens.

Instead, in the men’s competition, Argentina’s Juan Cruz Forastello claimed his first title on the CUPRA FIP Tour. Partnering with Javi Rico, he defeated Marco Cassetta and Dylan Guichard 6–2 6–4 in the final. The victory was made possible in part by a remarkable comeback win in the semifinals against Antonio Luque and Julien Seurin, whom they defeated 4–6 6–2 7–6 in a thrilling match that was decided in a third-set tiebreak.
