Zorrilla and Unger Rey win two titles in Paraguay

CAMPO 9 – Five draws and winners from three countries at FIP Promises Campo 9, the first stop of the season on the FIP Promises Tour in Paraguay. At Club FedeMar, two local talents, Hector David Zorrilla and José Unger Rey, were the standouts, winning the Under 16 and Under 14 boys’ titles respectively, and once again featuring prominently after their victories at the Camboriu, Curitiba and Joinville events. “Delighted with the level we showed throughout the tournament. David, you played brilliantly,” said Unger Rey after the victory. “I’m happy to have been able to play this tournament at home.” In Campo 9, there was also success for the Argentine pair Alvez/Hamue in the Under 12 boys’ category and for the Brazilian pair Wazlawick/Protti Lasta in the same age group in the girls’ competition. Seki Onishi/Cibils won the Under 14 girls’ title.
