Lucena, Lorena Vano and Xenia Clascà looking for another win in Spain

In Spain, this weekend features one of the new events of the CUPRA FIP Tour. It is the FIP Bronze Lucena, with both men’s and women’s draws, and it awards 40 points for the FIP ranking.

Leading the women’s seeding is the Italian-Spanish pair Lorena Vano (79) and Xenia Clascà (106), who just won the FIP Bronze Ireland last week and are looking for a second title in a row. On the other side of the draw are Catarina Santos – winner of two international titles in 2025 and number 92 in the FIP ranking – and Eugenia Guimet (117), winner of the FIP Silver Stratford.

Leading the men’s seeding are Alberto Garcia – winner of last week’s FIP Bronze Litas Kaunas and number 149 in the world – and Pepe Aliaga (114), who have already won two CUPRA FIP Tour titles this year.
