Oporto, Wins for Del Castillo–Fernandez and Dominguez–Martinez as top seeds

At the FIP Silver Bioniq last weekend, both number-one seeded pairs won the title. In the men’s tournament, Mario Del Castillo (81) and Pincho Fernandez (50) claimed the victory with a 6-4 6-2 win against the Argentinians Chiostri–Pereyra.

There was also a win — and 80 FIP ranking points — for the Spanish pair Ana Dominguez (67) and Aida Martinez (73), both earning their third title of the CUPRA FIP Tour in 2025, after defeating Valenzuela–Piltcher 6-3 5-7 6-4.
