The winners of the Stratford stage

The FIP Promises Tour event in Stratford, Great Britain, has concluded. In the Boys Under 18 category there was dominance from Álvaro Moreno Herrera and Joe Takala, who claimed the title without dropping a single set throughout the tournament. In the final, the champions defeated Ben Phillips and Cochise Inde Bennett (7-6 6-3), while in the semi-finals they had beaten Ludvig Johnsson and Stan Hunt (6-2 6-0). In the same Girls’ Under 18 category, the pair Adriana Lopez Lesende-Aimee Connoly triumphed.

In the Boys’ Under 16 category, the No. 1 seeds Oliver Granthman and Mark Giulio Menotti secured the title following a final victory against Andrew Dunn and Mordaunt Morgan (6-4 6-0). In Great Britain there was also success for Francisco Sa and Tyrone Pottier: the pair were crowned champions on the courts of the Stratford Padel Club in the Under 14 category.
