Van Brempt-De Peuter e Wauters-Vanaudenaerde crowned in Mol: Belgium hails two home pairs

Spectacular shots, plenty of great matches and a strong desire to showcase their talent. The FIP Promises R3 Bullpadel Cup Mol, held in Belgium, was a success. The NextGen of padel competed across four boys’ draws (Under 12, 14, 16 and 18) and three girls’ draws (Under 14, 16 and 18). The victories of the two home pairs were among the highlights: Nicolas Van Brempt and Gilles De Peuter in the boys’ Under 14, and Anna Wauters and Louise Vanaudenaerde in the girls’ Under 16. The former lifted the winners’ title after defeating fellow Belgians Sem Beynen and Fedor Sypre in the final (6-1 6-4). Wauters and Vanaudenaerde also defeated a fellow Belgian pair in the Under 14, overcoming Hanne Van Bruyssel and Jolien Temmermans in two sets (7-5 6-1).
The Under 18 title was also won by Vega Cano Ortin and Ines Cano Ortin, who, after defeating Zoey Komander and Goebe Finja in the semi-final following a closely contested match decided only in the super tie-break (1-6 6-1 10-5), beat Hedvig Oberg and Savannah Johansson comfortably in the final, 6-1 6-0. In the boys’ Under 18, Daan Jans and Junior Brydolf triumphed in Mol.
