Durlin, Benvenutto, Costantini and the others: all the winners in Paderborn

PADERBORN – The FIP Promises Tour event held in Germany saw both the home NextGen and players from other countries shine. Of the six champions across the three draws held at FIP Promises Paderborn, three are German, one is from the Czech Republic, one is Argentine and one is American.

 

In the oldest age group, Under 18, the title went to Czech Dominik Durlin and German Paul Boyke Richter, who defeated Lenn Stroehl-Luis Bengsch in the title decider. This pair could nevertheless smile, as despite this defeat, they went on to win the Under 16 title by overcoming American Santiago Costantini and Argentine Vitto Benvenutto in the decisive match. They also bounced back by triumphing in the Under 14 category.
