Swedish Open, Home win for Willy Slaryd

Willy Släryd claimed his second title in the CUPRA FIP Tour, right in his home country, Sweden. After his win in the FIP Bronze in India two weeks ago, the 2006-born player triumphed in the FIP Bronze E4 Arena Swedish Open together with Menno Nolten, winning the final 7-5, 3-6, 6-2 against the Dutch pair Richters–Van Opstal.
In the women’s draw, victory went to the Italian third seeds Caterina Baldi and Clarissa Aima, who defeated the Danish pair Alipieva–Rasmussen 6-4, 2-6, 6-4.
