FIP Silver Damac Dubai II, second consecutive title together for David Gala and Pablo Garcia

David Gala and Pablo Garcia just keep winning. The young Spanish pair triumphed this weekend at the FIP Silver Damac Dubai II after a comeback victory by 3-6, 7-6, 7-5 — their second win in a row after the FIP Silver Oporto II in October. Now ranked 42 and 51 in the FIP ranking, they will be among the main players at the FIP World Cup Pairs, taking place this week in Kuwait.

In the women’s draw, victory went to Martina Fassio and Patty Llaguno, playing their first tournament together. They won 6-4, 7-5 against Sainz-Eugenio, who will also take part in the upcoming FIP World Cup Pairs.
