Cremona-Richters target title in Slovenia. Iacovino-Graziotti aim to challenge

Winning to confirm their status. Simone Cremona and Sten Richters arrive at the FIP Bronze Slovenia, which will be played in Ljubljana, aiming to secure their second title of the year on the CUPRA FIP Tour following their victory at the FIP Bronze Melbourne earlier this season. The pair, who have won three trophies together, were finalists at the FIP Bronze Madeira in February. Despite being the tournament’s top seeds, Cremona and Richters will not have an easy path to the title, with several competitive pairs in the draw. Chief among them are Italians Simone Iacovino and Giulio Graziotti, who arrive in Slovenia after competing in the BNL Italy Major Premier Padel and reaching the final of the FIP Bronze Bratislava in mid-May. Also among the leading contenders are Antonio Luque and Pedro Perry, as well as Albin Olsson and Timeo Fonteny. Andrej Šušteršič and Miha Okorn, together with Zan Luka Konjar and Boštjan Repansek, will enter the tournament as wild cards. Matches will be played at Aleja Sky Ludus, with the main draw beginning on Thursday 11 and concluding on Sunday, when the semi-finals and finals will be contested.

Leading the women’s draw are Marcella Koek and Ana Sanchez. Koek claimed the title this year at the FIP Bronze Kuala Lumpur in Malaysia, while Sanchez is still seeking her first trophy of 2026. Sanchez, however, was a finalist at the FIP Bronze Eidsvoll. The tournament’s second seeds are Italians Emily Stellato and Giulia Sussarello, winners last month at the FIP Bronze Bratislava. Beyond the top two pairs in the draw, several other teams can also contend for the title. Among them are recent FIP Silver Bandol champion Lorena Vano, who will partner Alina Yeroshenko, and the duo of Elsa Terranova and Angelina Neizvestnaya.
