Almost 180 pairs and plenty of talent on show in Zaragoza

A celebration featuring almost 180 pairs from across Europe, the United States and Mexico, competing in eight draws – four boys’ and four girls’ categories – that delivered great entertainment. The FIP Promises Zaragoza, the first FIP tournament held in Aragón, came to a close with great success both on and off the court, showcasing many promising talents.

 

Among the standout Spanish players were Vera Domínguez Villanueva and Paola Soriano Torregrosa, who claimed their second consecutive victory in the Girls’ Under 12 category, following their triumph in Alicante ten days ago. Thanks to this result, Domínguez moved to the top of the European FIP Promises Ranking for Under 12, while her partner climbed to third place. In the Boys’ Under 12 category, Marc Pons and Iker Gomez Nuñez secured another title, less than a month after their victory in Sabadell.
