From Under 12 to Under 18, Egyptian talents shine in Mansoura

MANSOURA – The best of Egypt’s NextGen shone at the FIP Promises in Mansoura over the weekend: of the five draws held at Padel Point, four titles went to home pairs, including several players who featured at the FIP Junior Africa Padel Cup last June, won by Egypt. Among them were Aley Eino and Ezz Hussein Hassan, winners of the Under 14 boys’ title; another title went to Youssef Elsherbini/Yassin Omar Youssef in the Under 16 boys’ category. The Under 12 title also went to Egyptian youngsters Sherif Mossalam and Youssef Elkeweri, while in the Under 18 girls’ category, continental champion Lily Wael claimed victory alongside Malak Amer. The Under 18 boys’ title, meanwhile, went to Spaniard Alonso Moreno and Britain’s Ben Phillips.
