Germany, Portugal, South Africa and Lebanon: NextGen takes to the court in four countries

ROME – Another busy weekend of action is about to begin. The NextGen will take centre stage at four stops on the FIP Promises Tour, the circuit dedicated to the best young padel talents in the world. This week’s events will take place in Caldas (Portugal), Paderborn (Germany), Beirut (Lebanon) and Centurion (South Africa).

The two European stops promise plenty of action on court. The FIP Promises Caldas da Rainha will feature eight draws (Under 12, 14, 16 and 18, both boys’ and girls’). In the oldest boys’ age group, there are several competitive pairs, including Leon Ortega Ibanez-Leon David Ruiz Shannon and Vicente Soto Herrera-Sebastian Ferrer Reyes.

The FIP Promises Paderborn, in Germany, will feature three boys’ draws (Under 14, 16 and 18). The home NextGen is ready to take centre stage and will aim to claim all three titles on offer. However, there are also pairs looking to spoil their party. In the Under 16 category, Argentina’s Vitto Benvenuto and the United States’ Santiago Costantini will be aiming for a strong result.

The South African stop on the FIP Promises Tour, the FIP Promises Centurion III, will also provide plenty of action on court, with eight draws (Under 12, 14, 16 and 18, both boys’ and girls’). Joshua Greyling-Muhammed Dayyan Chand are the top seeds in the Under 18 draw. Behind them are several competitive pairs, including Zeke Roulstone-Morne Liebenberg and Mikaeel Dada-Muhammad Dasoo.

There is also great anticipation for the FIP Promises United Petroneum Lebanon, where the NextGen of padel will compete across five Under 12, 14, 16 and 18 boys’ draws, as well as the Under 12 girls’ draw. The matches will be played at the ‘Padel House’ venue. Among the home pairs entered in the boys’ Under 18 category are Adam Abdul Hay/Mohamas Bahid, Jabado Ghazi/Marc Stephan and Yann Takla/Elisa Fadel.
