Terranova-Neizvestnaya and Casanova target back-to-back titles in Thailand: from Samui to Phangan

PHANGAN – Elsa Terranova and Angelina Neizvestnaya have a clear objective at FIP Bronze High Velocity Phangan: to secure back-to-back titles in Thailand and claim their third title of the year in the country. Last weekend, they triumphed in Samui, having previously won in Phuket in September. Among the other pairs, Sandra Bellver and Alba Gallardo lead the women’s draw, followed by Ai Liu-Zhai Yu and Chifumi Sato-Elysia Wan.

In the men’s draw, another player is aiming for back-to-back titles in the Philippines: Jordi Casanova, who won FIP Bronze Samui last week. This time, he will partner Antonio Varo rather than Sergio Icardo. Miguel Melero and Victor Tur Checa are the tournament’s top seeds. Other notable pairs include Marc Bernils-Pablo Ladaburu and Guillem Figuerola-Pol Alsina. The tournament’s main draw will begin on Friday 30 October and conclude on Sunday 1 November, with the semi-finals and finals scheduled for the final day.
