From South America to Europe: all the NextGen events

Two tournaments in Europe and two in South America. This weekend, the NextGen of padel will take to the court to contest the four stages of the Promises FIP Tour scheduled in Villarrica (Chile), Ijuí (Brazil), Chiswick (Great Britain) and St. Priest (France).
The South American tournaments will host the majority of the matches. In Villarrica, eight draws will be played. The favourite pair to claim the Under 18 title is Alonso Villavicencio Mancilla and Tomas Guzman. In the same category for girls, the contest will be between the number 1 seeds Aurora Candia and Valentina Osorio Vallana, and Esperanza Lamatta–Julieta Antonia Escalona Díaz (2). Young padel talents will also be in action in Brazil (Under 14, 16 and 18 for both boys and girls). Lara Capristo Comar and Cecilia Almeida lead the Under 16 girls’ draw: among the pairs contending for the title are also Anita Coelho Tontini–Luiza Becker Ghellar (2). Teodoro Metzdorf and Mateus Ferreira Maasz are the leading candidates for victory in the Under 14 boys’ category.
From South America to Europe. The NextGen of padel will also compete in Great Britain on the courts of ‘Rocks Lane Chiswick’, where a total of six main draws will be played. Harriet Willock–Heidi Ellis and Poppy Whitford–Tallulah Butterfield will face each other for the Under 18 girls’ title, while the favourites in the Under 16 and Under 14 boys’ categories are Andrew Dunn–Lenn Stroehl and Charles Palling–Freddie Calvertjones respectively. The fourth stage of the weekend’s Promises FIP Tour takes place in St. Priest, France. The main contenders for the Under 18 boys’ title are Jeremy Robert–Olivier Guy De Chamisso (1). Among their rivals for the title are the pairs Luca Moneta–Riccardo Rodi and Johan Peloux Marchini–Bernard Quentin.
