Utrecht, second win in a row for Daniel Santigosa and Emilio Sanchez

Daniel Santigosa and Emilio Sanchez win again. The Spanish pair, after winning last week at the FIP Bronze in Benidorm, won the FIP Silver in Utrecht by coming back in the final against Javier Valdes and Guillermo Collado, the number one seeds, with a score of 6-7 6-3 6-0.
“We managed to win this important title and we are very happy. Thanks to all the organizers, it’s always nice to come and play here. Now we look forward to the next tournaments and we’ll keep working like this,” said Emilio Sanchez after the award ceremony.
The top two seeded teams also reached the final in the women’s tournament, where Lara Arruabarrena and Julieta Bidahorria won 6-3 4-6 6-2 against Agueda Perez and Marta Borrero.
