FIP Senior Euro Padel Cup, Valencia hosts those who made padel history

From Reus to Valencia, from NextGen to those who made padel history. From Monday 6 to Saturday 11, the second edition of the FIP Senior Euro Padel Cup will be played, with 40 national teams representing 22 countries ready to compete for the European title. There will be 22 teams competing in the men’s tournament, divided into six groups of three teams and one group of four: the top teams in each group will qualify for the quarter-finals, with the top team in Group A – which includes Spain, ranked first – going directly to the semi-finals. In the women’s tournament, the 18 participating teams have been divided into six groups of three: the top teams in each group will advance to the semi-finals, with the top teams in Group A and Group B – which include Spain and France, the top two national teams in the rankings – advancing directly to the semi-finals. Each tie will be played over five matches: +35, +40, +45, +50 and +55. Among the many padel legends, there are also two famous tennis former players: Frenchmen Arnaud Di Pasquale (director of the Paris Major) and Arnaud Clement, former world number 10.
