Villena, Wins for Castaño–De Pascual and Martinez–Carnicero in Spain

The CUPRA FIP Tour made a stop in Spain this weekend with the FIP Bronze Villena, hosted at the club of tennis legend Juan Carlos Ferrero (current coach of Carlos Alcaraz). In the men’s draw, the title went to Manuel Castaño (78) and Juani De Pascual (150), who won the final against Fuster–Solbes with a score of 6-3, 6-4.

In the women’s draw, victory went to the number-one seeds Patri Martinez (58) – who now reaches 10 titles in the international circuit – and Esther Carnicero (59), after beating their fellow Spaniards Martinez–Dominguez in the final 6-3, 6-2.
