Hamburg, the NextGen takes to the court in Germany

The Promises FIP Tour stops in Germany: over the weekend, the NextGen of padel will compete in the FIP Promises in Hamburg. All matches across the four men’s draws (Under 12, 14, 16 and 18) will be played at the ‘P3 Padel Club Hamburg’ venue.

In the Under 18 category, the title contest will feature the tournament’s number 1 seeds, Jonas Trumpler-Carlos Garau Barbosa, and the pair formed by Joa Takala-Alvaro Moreno Herrera. Lenn Stroehl and Bruno Iglesias lead the Under 16 draw: among their main rivals for the title are the Dutch duo Kol Hardenberg-Pepijn Schunselaar and the Italians Samuele Berra-Leonardo Villa. The favoured pair to lift the trophy in Hamburg in the Under 14 category is Matts Cobussen-Malthe Frandes, while among the potential winners in the Under 12 are Jake Simpson and Bertie Glason.
