October 26, 2026
ANTALYA – There was no better way to prepare for the FIP World Cup 2026 in Qatar. Giulia Sussarello and Emily Stellato, both selected for the Italian national team for the World Cup, won the FIP Bronze Qnb Cup Antalya in Türkiye. The Italian pair first defeated Xenia Clasca Vidiella and Alise Cernecka (6-2, 6-2) in the semi-finals before claiming the title with a win over Nika Zluzhiteleva and Ana Varo (7-5, 6-1) in the final. The champions dominated the tournament, not dropping a single set throughout the competition. Sussarello and Stellato have now won four titles together on the CUPRA FIP Tour this year, following their victories at the FIP Bronze tournaments in Bratislava, Marnes and Ljubljana.
In the men’s draw, second seeds Luis Oliver Artigas and Alberto Garcia claimed the title. They defeated Roberto Belmont and Guillem Figuerola in a closely contested final that went to three sets (6-4, 4-6, 6-3). In the semi-finals, they had beaten Ignacio Alonso Chillaron and Simone Vaccari 6-3, 6-2. Artigas had previously won the FIP Bronze tournament in Alicante in mid-September.
