Koek-Luttikhuis, favourites in Singapore

The CUPRA FIP Tour returns to Asia with the FIP Bronze Singapore II. The main contenders for the women’s draw title are top seeds Marcella Koek and Bo Luttikhuis, ranked No.81 and No.92 in the FIP Ranking. The two Dutch players will be aiming for their second title of the month after their recent victory at the FIP Bronze in Kuala Lumpur. Their most in-form rivals are the winners of the Brazilian FIP Bronze in Santa Maria: Catarina Santos and Camila Ramme. The latter also lifted the trophy at the FIP Bronze in Aguascalientes, played alongside Manuela Schuck. Also among the title contenders are Angelina Neizvestnaya with Elsa Terranova, and Alba Vázquez with Jimena Díaz.

In the men’s draw, the title will be contested by the two Dutch players Julian Prins and Youp De Kroon, and the finalists of the FIP Bronze in Nairobi: Agustín Reca and Víctor Tur Checa. Both pairs are seeking their first title of the year on this circuit. Also capable of joining the title race are Miguel Bernal and Borja Trujillo, winner of the FIP Bronze in Mumbai. Among the entrants in the tournament are also Miguel Morales-Lok Hei Jamie and the pair Sergio Tierno–Pablo Pastor.
