Belgrade, The CUPRA FIP Tour lands in Serbia: Rubio-Ruiz and Sharifova-Riera lead the draws

Padel continues its global expansion. This is shown by the growth of the sport in new countries like Serbia, where the FIP Silver Belgrade will take place this weekend.

Leading the men’s draw are Gonzalo Rubio and Javi Ruiz, number 49 in the FIP ranking and winners of two CUPRA FIP Tour tournaments together in 2025 (FIP Silver Lyttos Crete I and FIP Silver Mediolanum Padel Cup Palermo). The second-seeded pair is Guillermo Collado and Pol Hernandez, who have recently won the FIP Silver Giulianova and the FIP Silver Port de Bandol.

In the women’s draw, all eyes are on the pairs Ksenia Sharifova – Maria Riera and Nika Sluzhiteleva – Julieta Bidahorria.

All attention now turns to the tournament in Belgrade, which will award 80 points for the FIP ranking.
