FIP Academy: the global platform dedicated to training coaches and referees is born

The path towards modern, accessible, and shared training in the world of padel. These are the goals of the FIP Academy, the new training platform created by the International Padel Federation for coaches and referees.

A project created to support national federations in building strong structures, to promote professionalism in the sector, and to offer a global training system. The first level of the FIP Academy will be the Coaching Program, fully online and coming soon. This is the starting point of a bigger program that, in the coming months, will expand with new training levels, offered in different formats, and designed to meet the needs of coaches around the world. At the same time, the platform will include the Officiating Program and the FIP Lab, a space focused on innovation and research. Soon, more projects will be added to help build a true international training ecosystem.

To officially open this new chapter, the FIP has released today the official trailer of the FIP Academy. This content is not only to introduce the platform, but also to show its vision: a padel with unified training standards, where coaches and referees can access high-quality programs no matter where they live or work. It shows the importance that the International Padel Federation gives to training its professionals for the global development of this sport.
