Numbers, statistics, circuit history and rankings: all the new features on FIP Website for 2026

With the start of the new season, scheduled for Thursday, 8 January with the FIP Bronze in Melbourne (Australia), the official website of the International Padel Federation (FIP) is enriched with new features for statistics enthusiasts and the media, who are increasingly following padel closely.

TOURNAMENTS

In the ‘Tournaments’ section, there is now an area dedicated to ‘Historical Circuit Statistics’, featuring three linkable pages that will be updated weekly.

Titles and finals

This page allows users to view all finals played from 2006 to today across the three professional circuits that have existed in padel history (Pro Padel Tour, World Padel Tour, and Premier Padel) as well as the CUPRA FIP Tour. Users can select the year, circuit type, and gender, with the option to view tournaments in chronological order from the start of the season or from the most recent tournament.

RANKINGS

In the Rankings section, the ‘Ranking History’ page has been created, listing all the world No.1 players in padel history: from 1986 to today for men and from 1990 to today for women. Since 2006, with the creation of the Pro Padel Tour, the No.1 players are determined based on the main professional circuit rankings (Pro Padel Tour and later World Padel Tour) and subsequently based on the FIP official circuit rankings. In each player’s profile, after the ‘Tournaments breakdown’, there is a list of titles and finals played in the three main historical circuits of padel, as well as titles won in the CUPRA FIP Tour.
