Burriana, second consecutive win for Juani De Pascual and Alonso Rodriguez

Juani De Pascual and Alonso Rodriguez win again. After last week’s victory at the FIP Bronze Agrigento, the pair also claimed the FIP Bronze Burriana, a new event in Spain on the CUPRA FIP Tour. The title was secured with a 6-3 6-4 victory in the final against the Argentine pair Pereyra – Mouriño.

 

“It is a great feeling to win this tournament. We have played at a very good level in recent weeks and now we must continue in this way. We remain focused ahead of the next FIP Bronze Siracusa,” said Juani De Pascual at the end of the prize-giving ceremony.

 

In the women’s draw, the title went to the number four seeds Daiara Valenzuela (79) and Maria Laura Ferreyra (122), who won the final against Spain’s Lucia Peralta (82) and Ariadna Cañellas (67).
